Its Christmas time!!!!!!!!!!

The class decided to decorate our favourite pink tree outside our classroom.

Stencils were made to decorate the classroom door.

We had students from the local deaf schools visit and join in on all the fun we had that day.

Santa came to visit us as well!!!

The British School's International Weekend

Last weekend The British School of Lomé held an International weekend.
It started off with a parade of nations, a speech from our headmaster,  a Primary assembly, a talent show and to top it all of, a fete with lots of fun things to do, and international dishes to eat!

Here is our Headmaster.

Primary chose two countries to represent for the assembly.
Early years and key stage one chose Egypt!

Making pyramids.

Here is some of year two, literally walking like Egyptians.

Key stage two decided they wanted to learn about Mongolia!
Year three showed of their dancing skills.

Year five wanted to revive beatnik poetry about Mongolia!

Finally year six sang a wonderful Mongolian song.

Here is a glimpse of the talent!

Halloween

Today the Primary School has celebrated Halloween.
Here is our class this morning.

We went trick or treating in Secondary classes and got the shock of our lives when we entered the Year 9 English class. They had spent the last few days preparing a haunted room.
When we entered the room was completely black. All the students were wearing masks similar to azonto and as we walked closer to them they spun around to scare us. One Student had a robotic tarantula!!
Here is Iman and Christina after seeing it!

And here is the TARANTULA!!!!!

Heres the girls dancing as they wait for their turn to parade around the school.
